These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Gear laB mobile app and related services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Gear laB, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License to use Gear laB

Gear laB grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful personal use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services, except where law permits it;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or infrastructure related to Gear laB;
• use the app in a way that disrupts other users or the integrity of the service;
• use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Accounts and sign-in

Gear laB may provide anonymous account access and optional sign-in methods such as Google Sign-In. You are responsible for any activity associated with the account credentials or linked identity you choose to use.

5. Premium subscriptions and purchases

Gear laB may offer premium products, including subscriptions and lifetime access options. Premium features are managed through supported payment and entitlement providers such as Google Play and RevenueCat.

• Subscription pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store account.
• Purchase restoration depends on the store account and entitlement state available through the billing provider.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and payment methods are generally handled by the platform through which you purchased.

6. Availability and updates

Gear laB may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Features may vary by device, region, platform support, or service availability.

7. User content and gameplay data

Gameplay data, account state, and progress may be stored locally on your device and, for supported features, synced through third-party infrastructure used by Gear laB. You retain ownership of content you create or submit, but you grant Gear laB permission to process it as needed to operate the app.

8. Account suspension or termination

Gear laB may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if doing so is necessary to protect the app, its infrastructure, or other users.

9. Disclaimer

Gear laB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While every effort is made to provide a stable experience, Gear laB does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect performance, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gear laB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to these terms

Gear laB may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
