Delete Account

Your account and all associated cloud data will be permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. You can cancel at any time from the app before then.

How to request deletion

Open Sudoku: Mindoku on your device.
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Tap Generate Code — your Public User ID (a number) and a 6-digit code will appear. Copy both.
Enter your Public User ID and code in the form below and submit.

Your Public User ID is the number shown as UID: X on the Dashboard profile card, and also displayed directly in the Delete Account screen in the app.

What will be deleted

Daily challenge progress and completion records
Game stats, XP, streaks, and score history
Saved games and profile data
All other cloud-backed account records

What is not deleted

Purchase and billing records held by Google Play or RevenueCat
Local data on your device (uninstall the app to remove it)
Crash or security logs retained for operational reasons
